A case's living state — built framework by framework
The Methodology
"Every case contains a story. Most of the time it's buried under depositions, medicals, and competing theories — and you don't find it until 2 a.m. before trial, if you find it at all."
Sculpted Verdicts is the methodology that finds it: the twelve words that define the case, the one moment that reveals it, the emotional architecture that moves a jury. The form is already in the stone. The work is removing what doesn't belong.
A jury consultant costs more than most cases can spare. Doing it in your head costs verdicts. Sculpted Verdicts gives you the method — for the price of a filing fee.
Why it's different

Your case management tool stores your files.Sculpted Verdicts turns them into strategy.

Case management organizes your evidence. Trial presentation displays it. Sculpted Verdicts interrogates it — and tells you what it means for the story that wins.

A method, not a database

Find the Strike Point, map the fault lines, work responsibility up the chain, and forge the twelve words a juror repeats. The discipline that wins, made unavoidable.

Built by trial people

Born from decades in the well of the courtroom and a named methodology — not by software engineers guessing at how litigation really works.

Your work, sharpened

The AI surfaces evidence, drafts outlines, and flags gaps. You make every strategic call. It assists — it never practices law, and never decides for you.

🧠

The case never forgets

Other AI tools lose the thread as the case grows. Sculpted Verdicts is structured — each framework has defined inputs and outputs. The methodology keeps the AI on track, so the strategy compounds instead of drifting.

The method, plainly

Six frameworks. Seven phases. Every case has a form — this is how you find it.

The Strike Point
The one moment — a document, an admission, a photograph — that makes the whole case visible. Everything else is context for this moment.
The Spine
Anchor, Fault Lines, Loss. The standard that was broken, the evidenced breaches, and the cost. Present the Anchor and Loss first — let the jury reach the fault lines themselves.
The Stratum
The decision chain. A verdict at the lowest layer blames one person. The highest defensible layer holds the system accountable. That's where the verdict belongs.
Counterform & The Hollow
The defense's strongest case — written honestly. The Hollow is the concession they need you to make. You acknowledge it, frame it, and never argue inside it.
The Resonance
Eight tones, each earned by the one before. The jury will feel something. The Resonance ensures they feel the right things, in the right order.
What Was Carved Away
The Before Form and the After Form — built in sequence. The jury must know who the plaintiff was completely before they see what was taken. Every dollar codes to a specific loss.

“The form is already in the stone. The sculptor only reveals it.”
Start at intake. Win at trial.

Most attorneys open a strategy tool the week before trial.
The ones who win open it the day they take the case.

Sculpted Verdicts is built for intake. Upload the first documents the day you sign the client. The tool tags each one to the framework it feeds — fault line evidence, stratum documents, damages records. As the case develops, the story builds automatically. By the time you're in trial prep, the strategy is already there.

It's not a second place to manage your case. It's where your case learns what it's about.

Phase 1
The Raw Material
Upload documents on day one. Every file is tagged to the framework it feeds.
Phase 2
The Form
Find the Strike Point. Draft the twelve words. The case has a shape now.
Phases 3–6
The Frameworks
Fault lines, stratum, counterform, resonance, damages — built as the evidence arrives.
Phase 7
The Reveal
Trial Strategy Report. Visual plan. Deposition outlines. The story, ready for court.
Why we built this

Watching cases get built from the inside — for decades.

We've been in the room for thousands of depositions, trials, and hearings over nearly five decades. We've seen what separates the cases that win from the ones that don't — and it almost never comes down to the facts. It comes down to whether the attorney found the story before trial, or the week before.

Sculpted Verdicts is built on a named methodology developed by and for plaintiff trial lawyers. It's the discipline that the best trial lawyers apply intuitively — made systematic, so every attorney can apply it deliberately, from the day they sign the client.

"We didn't build this because we thought we understood trial strategy better than the lawyers we work with. We built it because we've been in the room long enough to know exactly what was missing — and when."

Walk into court

A complete trial strategy report, deposition outlines, clip lists, and a visual plan — trial-ready.

Built for confidential work

Your case files never stop being yours.

Attorneys have a duty to protect client confidences. We engineer for that duty from the ground up.

🔒

Encrypted end to end

Production architecture uses TLS in transit and AES-256 at rest. Your files are designed to be unreadable to anyone without your keys.

🖥️

Sensitive AI runs privately

Production architecture processes privileged material on dedicated private infrastructure — not sent to third-party public AI services. The prototype uses synthetic data only.

🔑

Your data is isolated

Each firm's matters are logically separated. Role-based access means staff see only what they should.

📋

Independent auditsOn the roadmap

We are building toward SOC 2 Type II and a formal security review. We'll publish them when earned — never claimed before.

🗑️

Your data, your call

Export or permanently delete your case data at any time. We don't train public models on your work.

🛡️

Honest about where we are

We'd rather earn your trust than overstate it. Today: strong encryption, private AI processing, and strict access control. Coming: formal third-party certification.

If your firm has a specific security review process, we'll meet it. Talk to us before you commit a single confidential file.

Common questions from attorneys
Do you train AI models on my case files?
No. Never. Your case data is not used to train any model — ours or anyone else's. Your files are used to generate strategy for your case, then stored securely under your control.
Which AI providers are used?
Privileged and sensitive material is processed on private infrastructure, not sent to public AI APIs. When cloud AI is used, it's under zero-retention, no-training agreements — disclosed and opt-in.
Can I permanently delete a case?
Yes. You can export and permanently delete all case data at any time. Deletion is honored on a stated timeline. No residual data is retained after deletion.
Who inside Sculpted Verdicts can access my files?
Access is role-based and firm-isolated. No cross-firm access is possible. Internal access is logged and audited. Enterprise clients can request access review records.
⚠️

AI assists. You decide. Always.

Sculpted Verdicts uses AI to surface evidence, draft first-pass work product, and flag gaps. AI can be wrong — it can miss things, misread a document, or generate text that looks right and isn't.

Everything the system produces is a draft for a licensed attorney to verify, correct, and own. It is a tool to sharpen your judgment, not a substitute for it, and it does not provide legal advice or practice law. You remain fully responsible for your case, your filings, and your strategy. These terms are part of our agreement, and you'll confirm them when you create an account.

No context drift. If you've worked with AI tools on cases before, you know the frustration: the model forgets what you told it, loses the thread, starts over. Sculpted Verdicts is built differently. The methodology is the structure — each framework has a defined shape, defined inputs, and defined outputs. The AI operates inside that structure, not on top of a free-form conversation. The case doesn't forget. The strategy compounds.
